It's easier 
you know
to quieten your words
rather than share All The Things
that have scarred and made you
Out Loud
NAKED...

Within many of us
there lurks
a deep fear of being disloyal
to relatives
or old lovers 
We fear them
biting like cobras
as you crack open old truths
painful wounds
Some of us would rather
let the old sores
fester
than risk disruption

But to write your truth anyway
offers an exquisite bravery
an ability
to stand 
in the hurricane
smiling 
as you grow
and free yourself

I can tell you this
We See You
and value
your tale...

Tribe will hold you
from all over this planet
people you may never ever meet
You will touch
and 
heal them deep

You break the ancient curses
of your hidden blood stories
you discover a new level
